Been experimenting again with my GoPro9 camera’s TimeWarp mode. This time on a Delta Airlines flight from Salt Lake City, Utah to Reno, Nevada.
I attached the camera to the plane window with a suction cup mount and recorded the ride out of Salt Lake City. It’s a short 4 minute film and includes the plane getting de-iced, taking off, flying over spectacular snow covered mountains and landing in Reno. Check out downtown Reno highlighted by the sunshine as we are landing. It came out pretty cool.
The flight was 1.5 hours long. Using sped up TimeWarp mode on the GoPro and doing some editing with Final Cut Pro, I cut it down to just the most scenic parts for a 4 minutes film. It’s done in high resolution so check it out on the biggest screen you can for best viewing.
