I’ve been flying on airplanes since I was around 6 years old when my parents would put me on a plane and send me to Chicago Illinois to spend summers with my grandparents.
I don’t know why but flying still completely fascinates me every time I get on a plane (which is usually several times a week). The fact I can travel all the way across the entire country in 6-7 hours is awesome. Read on for more – including a landing video.
Lately I’ve been filming take offs and landings from various airports. Seeing cities and areas from way up high in a plane offers some pretty spectacular and fascinating views.
This clip is from an American Airlines flight from New York City landing at the Atlanta airport in Georgia which is now my home airport.
Atlanta has a really nice airport, getting in and out is easy and the plane train makes moving between terminals quick and easy.
There is also a lot to see if you decide to walk instead of taking the train. Atlanta airport has some very interesting art installations setup along the walkways between the terminals.
Thanks for reading and watching!
