This month marks one year that I’ve been living in Georgia since moving from California, and it’s been great, I still really enjoy living here.
That all said, this week I took my first road trip on the east coast to my next work site.
I drove from my house in Georgia heading up north to Oak Ridge Tennessee.
While working in Memphis Tennessee last month I got a chance to visit and walk around famous Beale Street, home of the American Blues music.
After walking around the street for a while, checking out both sides of the street and all the shops and restaurants along the couple of short blocks, my co-worker and I decided to grab some lunch and so we headed into B.B. King’s Blues Club.
A few years ago I had the pleasure and good fortunate to be invited to attend a friend’s epic party up in the hills of Placerville in California.
It was a fun filled afternoon and evening at a beautiful enchanted hilltop estate celebrating our friend Tim’s birthday and his annual Paella Party.
This weekend I finally had some time to fire up my motorcycle and go for a real ride.
For the first time since I moved to Georgia, I went on a 100+ mile motorcycle ride.
Heck, I just realized, this is actually the first “big” ride I’ve ever done on the east coast.
